A graduate of Notre Dame University, Steve Weiland began his career with IBM in 1963 as a systems analyst. In 1969, he founded The Weiland Computer Group, Inc., which became the largest financial service bureau in Illinois and a preeminent vendor of mainframe software systems designed under his guidance. In 1979, WCG was purchased by Sun Company and later sold to Electronic Data Systems. Steve and Pat Weiland founded The Weiland Financial Group, Inc., a PC- based financial software company, in 1981. Steve Weiland is a nationally recognized authority on commercial account analysis, profitability, and deposit systems. |

Patricia D. Weiland is Co-Founder, and CEO of The Weiland Financial Group, Inc. A graduate of the
University of Washington, the University of San Francisco, and the
University of Illinois where she was also an instructor, Pat Weiland
began her career in financial systems as co-founder with Steve
Weiland of WFG. She has served as a board member on the First
National Bank of Lincolnshire, The Association for Financial
Technology, and The Advanced Business Group, LLC. She is active with
multiple associations including AFT, BAI, CSA, TEC, and AFP. Her
proven business management expertise has established the company as
the foremost authority on commercial account analysis.

Bill Andrules has worked in banking systems software development since 1974. Before joining WFG, Bill was the Installation Services
Manager at The Weiland Computer Group, Inc. for 5 years. WCG, Inc. was a bank data processing services company offering core processing
services to some 200 banks in the Chicagoland area. In 1979, Bill started an independent software consulting company. He re-joined
Steve Weiland at The Weiland Financial Group, Inc. as Director of Software Development in 1995.
Bill is a Microsoft® Certified Professional (MCP - Visual Basic Programming) and an expert in both client-server and mainframe technologies.
Bill has been a part time instructor teaching Visual Basic Programming classes and Microsoft Access Database classes at a local college.
Currently Bill manages customer support, implementation services, and software development for WFG banking products.

Following graduation from Purdue University and
eight years in the U.S. Navy, Dan Gill joined WFG in 1998. Gill has
earned the Certified Treasury Professional (formerly the CCM)
accreditation from the Association of Financial Professionals. Under
Dan's leadership, WFG's customer support and training has grown to
become a vital part of the organization. The department provides a
full array of services and will meet any customers' particular needs
on any system. Dan Gill has technical expertise and is involved in
all of the areas that touch the WFG systems, from call management
systems and customer problem resolution, to quality assurance and
networking.

A
graduate of Purdue University with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in
Psychology and Accounting, Bobbi Munson joined The Weiland Financial
Group, Inc. in 1996. She manages all human resource, accounting, and
financial planning functions. As an active member of the Society of
Human Resources and the Illinois CPA Society, she keeps WFG current
regarding its staff policies and GAAP compliance. Additionally, Bobbi
Munson oversees office expansion requirements, as well as all system
licensing, intellectual property, and administrative
procedures.
